Confidence that I can make a plan and follow through no matter what obstacles I run into For me, I’ve learned to no longer believe I’m constantly starting over if there is an obstacle- I’m just continuing after it!

The knowledge that I can be consistent if I plan for it (and plan for my shortfalls) and stick with my plan.. And, if I stick with my plan, and am patient, I will get to enjoy the results and benefits of my consistency.

Resilience, confidence, energy. I'm improving in all of the measures that matter that I laid out at the beginning - quality rest, energy to do things after work, ability to focus on one thing at a time, improved running, showing up for my loved ones.
A habit!!
