List Gadget, owned and operated by Pete McPherson, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users.   • Payment information via Stripe for subscription services or products. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Specifically, we use non-identifying cookies, hashed data (such as from email addresses, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints), and device information to improve the user experience, analyze site performance, and develop new features. Other uses include:

  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website and services, leveraging aggregated and anonymized analytics.

Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional emails related to your account (such as receipts and login links).

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf in order to operate the Site: Stripe for payment processing, Google Firebase for authentication and database services, and email delivery providers (such as Resend and Mailjet) for sending account and marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Subscriber Leaderboard Participation

When participating in a subscriber leaderboard, your email address is stored securely in our database for identification purposes. This data is only accessible to the leaderboard creator (who already possesses your email address) and is never shared publicly or with third parties. List Gadget does not use this email address for marketing, communication, or internal analytics. Participation is optional and requires explicit consent.
